Taper and Bottom tap set....Where is it from?

A friend of mine bought this set when a tool wholesaler was going out of business. They are tungsten steel and include a MASSIVE collection of taps in one convenient kit. I have a complete set of piece meal Greenfield and CTD Taps for the shop but I am looking for an affordable all around set for the house. Here is a picture of the set:

There might be a better one than that. I see a set on Ebay looks like I have seen rebadged elsewhere, all hex.
