Ok guys and gals, how do you store your taper drills and adapters? Can I see some pics?
Somebody, anybody? I know I don't want to have to dig through a drawer and I hate having them cluttering up my lathe bench. Come on, help a couple of guys out.

What works well for me is to punch a shallow cut of the major diameter in the silver insulation covering in 2" thick polyiso insulation board. Then I drill the minor diameter size centered in the hole I punched in the foam cover. Then I just slowly push the taper end in the hole twisting it back and forth until the hole swells and fully supports the taper. On one of them I made I put a sheet of thin aluminum over the polyiso and drilled through it. Ed.[/QUOTE said:Ed: that is just TOO smart!
Nice storage ideas, everyone. You guys make me look like a slob. [emoji3]
