Tapping Machines, Palmgren Shop-Tap

Hi all,
Does anyone have any positive or negative experiences with this machine, or a similar one? Or recommendations for something else? I need to put this on a machine with a high-speed spindle that is unable to tap aluminum. Thanks!

I don't have any experience with that machine. I have used this one -> Horizontal Tapping Machine and it worked well but you need to be working on lightweight parts that you can hold against the machine.
