TAT(?) tools flex head ratchet?

While shopping for used tools today, the place had a flex head 3/8” drive ratchet that I am sure said “TAT”.

If that is the case, are they worth getting?

It may still be there tomorrow, but for some reason I didn’t grab it. I think because it didn’t say made in USA. I forget the COO, though.

Should I go back and get it? What would be a good price?

At one point, after Thorsen had become a name only and not a manufacturer, some of the import stuff was TAT which stood for Thorsen Allied Tools. That’s been awhile though......is the ratchet you’re looking at old stock? Maybe there’s a new TAT.

Yeah, I'm sure it's old. Looked a hair beat up and chrome dulled. If it was new, it sure has been thrashed. The ratcheting mechanism seemed smooth though....
