Looks like the OEM is either SEK or Flag tools. If it's in good working condition, .50 cents is a good deal.

Looks like the ratchet that came with my TAT 3/8" metric set I bought in the mid 90s. Never broke a socket, and the ratchet still works although it has not been a regular user in ten years.
