Well I am a newb here, cool site to get ideas and see pics of garages. I have moved down to central Fl and we decided to build a new home, so gonna have 2 garages, one will be called my assembly shop which will be 30 x 30, and the other one will be 16 x 38 or what I will refer to as the fab shop. Attached are a couple pics early in construction. Gonna have a 4 post lift, epoxy floor, etc. thinking about U Coat it for floor covering....any suggestions?

Physically separating your uber clean assembly area from the grit and grinding dust inherent in fabrication is a smart move. A third area for washing, detailing and painting is a good idea if you can swing it.
