I am the Sales Manager for TCA. So I thought it would be best if you got the answers to your questions straight from me.
TCA is made to compete with the professional grade tool boxes. We are comparable to the Snap On Master series, at about half the cost as a Snap On.
SPG International boxes are Not North American Made anymore! When they started selling through the Big Box stores they moved their manufacturing over seas to cut costs. The only line they still make in Canada is their Super Heavy Duty line which is supposed to be comparable to our standard product. I will be honest I have not seen this product yet because of the price point not a lot of people have bought them.
We are a small company and do not actually have any distributors in AB.
We sell direct in that province until we can bring on a distributor that is willing to stock the product.
Lordco in BC is our largest distributor in the west, and APC Auto Parts Centers in On. is our largest in the east. A quote from anyone besides these two currently would be incorrect.

I found there were a few places in Alberta that have them, however nowhere near to me. and it seems all the places are closed here on the weekends.
