Tekton tools is a real mystery to me. They've been sold in my area for as long as I can remember at a place I'd describe as one or two clicks above a flea market. This has always given me a negative view on them. But you know what, I purchased some of their bar clamps (F clamps, whatever you call them) a while ago, pretty cheap, and they've out performed my expectations 10-fold. Seeing the customer service reaching out to the reviewers on Amazon may be for publicity, it may not be, either way, it impresses me. Along with the Tekton representative member here, this manufacturer is really changing their image in my eye. I just wish they had a larger US-made tool base. Some times a foreign tool may do the job just fine, but that doesn't mean I don't want to support my country.

I've bought about $50 worth of Tekton items over the past month or so and thus far I'm ok with them. Surely, there's $45 more out there that I can spend. I'm probably in. Thanks OP.

I have a handful of 1/4" tekton extensions I've been using on my cordless impact for about a year. I have no complaints they seem to be of pretty good quality and are very cheap... I'd def recommend them.

Anyone else have tekton recommendations? Tools to stay away from?

The couple of things I have I would highly recommend. I have the full polish metric combination wrench set. Good fit and finish and well marked with no skips. Made in Taiwan. I also have the Wilde slip joint pliers (Tekton rebrands them), and they're a great bang for the buck. I like the Tekton USA groove joint pliers better than Channellocks. The Tekton's have the adjustable nut and bolt vs. the permalock fastner that Channellock uses. Besides that the finish is better on the Tekton/Wilde versions.

Love the Tekton US-made slipjoint and groovelock pliers. I'm also a big fan of their "low-profile" ratchets (Taiwan-made) for the price, they have a relatively high tooth count and I find the handles are extremely comfortable. The knurled portion of their socket extensions ended up being way more beneficial than I expected. No complaints about the deadblow hammers but I don't have much to compare them to.

That wrench set looks like a steal at $44.99, 8-22mm, if I didn't already have the Gearwench long patterns I would probably bite.

Now we just need some of the new Harbor Freight Ratchets to be relabeled Tekton.

I am in for the USA pliers and whatever else looks appealing. Thanks OP

I have their impact socket set, I use it with my milwaukee fuel m18 impact gun and have been very happy with the product.

Just wanted to point out that this looks like it is not a one time use only promotion. I placed an order for all three of the composite ratchets and a set of 1/4" extensions, which put me at $46, got the $10 off. After that order, I put a set of deep well 1/2" impact sockets in the cart, walked it through the checkout, and was shown the $10 off again.

If someone has a bunch of Tekton that they're looking to purchase, could they try this an pass on the results?

I purchased $100 of Tekton items, split it into two orders and got $20 off. Definitely works.

Anybody have any experience with their impact drivers? I've been eyeing them for a while and I may have to bite on this one with a couple of filler items.

I have some impact sockets as well. A few weeks ago, I some how ordered their 3/8 deep impact metric 12pt....not sure why, so just ordered the 6pts. Also went with their slip and groove joint pliers. Brought my total to just over $50 saving me $10.

Was just about to post this - just bought 22 socket rails.

You can use this offer more than once, just broke down my order into several orders.

On the item page it will list whether or not it applies.

Look under where it tells you how many in stock and who the seller is.

Just picked up both deep impact socket sets with this. I've needed them for awhile now.
