I have that set. Very handy to keep in pickup. The case is really good. $153 is a deal.

I got it recently and I was very impressed, though it did come missing a socket (actually it had a duplicate of another one).

I can't imagine keeping it in your truck, though. The set must weigh 50lbs.

The only downside is that the English (not the metric) snap into the case. I guess some judicious filing or cutting of the plastic might loosen them up.

Excellent set of tools for the money. I bought at $143. Used them this weekend on project with my truck.

The deep sockets are all full or 3/4 broach depth, which I prefer.

Damn i literally just bought the 49 piece 1/2 gearwrench set 2 weeks ago because it was on sale for $105. This tekton set was on my radar but i passed on it because i didn’t want the ratchet/breaker bar and i didn’t want to drop $200. At $140 i would have bought this set since you get way more sockets. I do like the 1/2 120xp ratchet a lot but honestly i didn’t really “need” it i would have rather had more socket sizes

I wish tool companies would catch on and realize that there are a lot of people out there that would like to purchase large socket sets without any ratchets or extensions or other **** that’s included. Drop the price to reflect the gear removed from the sets and price accordingly. I know at least for me another ratchet (especially a sup-par one) is the last thing i need. Got way more ratchets then i need and honestly i would rather buy cheaper sockets and nicer ratchets for my tools jmho
