TEKTON Air Hose Reel

Looking to buy the TEKTON 4685 hand reel (location necessitates hand not spring operation). The description says 1/4 fittings but looking at the pictures it looks like they use a reducer to do that. Does anyone own this model? Can I hook up 3/8 or 1/2 fittings instead?

Don't get in a bunge about the fittings. We gotta splain that about once a week.

1/4 NPT isn't going to run a 3/4 impact taking off cutting edges, at least it hasn't so far
