Tekton gets an A+ ++.

I had purchased the new angle wrenches in metric. When I got them a couple had some missing chrome spots. Contacted Tekton. No problem, send them in , we will replace them.

Follow up email from them ............ due to being a new product and first run it will be a few weeks before I have replacements available. But rest assured we will take care of it. I will throw in a couple bonuses for your patience.

So a few weeks later I get an email saying they are on the way. Priority Mail package shows up today.. The replacements are perfect and there are two composite ratchets to boot! :thumbup:

All the communications were on a one on one very personal sounding level. No hassles or issues along the way. And they didn't leave me wondering. I got emails on every step.

Time to order the SAE set when it is available!

Everybody messes up now and then. Seeing how companies recover from an error is very interesting.

I'll keep buying Tekton, and continue to avoid United Airlines.

I'm excited about the SAE set as well. Although perhaps it would be better if they rolled them out in January after the Christmas budget is finished.

I bet Tekton is making a lot more money from good word of mouth regarding their warranty and CS than they would save by giving people a hard time about returns.

Very good to hear. I have a couple of Tekton ratchets and a few sets of impact sockets. Just looking on Amazon at their 1/4 chrome sockets.

Thanks again for sending them back. This isn't the usual program but with it being a brand new item, we really wanted to take a peek.

I appreciate your patience while we got those wrenches out to you.

Thanks again!

Tekton finish is shoddy. But a set of crowfoot wrenches for $13 is decent. Tekton will actually tell you that you shouldn’t expect too much for the price. I found that interesting.

Generalizing an entire line up based on the crowsfoot wrenches is a little tricky. If you have one that isn't performing, just let me know.

Crowfoot wrenches are something that is currently on our radar and under new consideration.
