I have a number of tekton tools and am happy with the quality and function of them, for the price they are hard to beat. I recently had a small issue with a tool and contacted them about it. the response was very quick and the issue was resolved immediately. I would recommend tekton for price, quality, warranty and service, thank you.

I have some of their tools and for cheap tools they are decent. I had one break the first time I used it and emailed them, didn't figure on it doing much but only took me a minute to fire off email. They got right back to me and sent out a new tool right away. Good customer service.

I have a number of sets of tekton impact sockets. bought them because they don't skip sizes. I have been very happy with the quality. they do have an excellent no hassle customer service department. also nice to have one of their reps as a member of GJ.

I was looking at their new long pattern combo wrenches at Meijer of all places. They are the absolute nicest import chrome I have ever seen. They were flawless. Now that doesn't mean they work well but I have heard on here that they are excellent . I am in need of a set of wrenches for my service vehicle and these are probably going to be the ones. I don't use wrenches like a mechanic but do need them once in a while. So I don't need Snap On quality but don't want HF India made wrenches either.

I've read nothing but good reviews on their tools and customer support. I think for the beginner to the homes shop, these tools should fill in the void between garbage and truck brand tools.

As others have already mentioned, I've also heard nothing but good comments regarding Tekton's customer service. However, I think it should be pointed out that not necessarily all of Tekton's product lines seem to be of equal quality. Please take a look at a review of Tekton angle wrenches that I posted a couple of months ago. See post #32 at:

To date, the Tekton angle wrenches have performed OK for me, but cosmetically they are not very nice and not equal in appearance to the same-tier competitor Sunex angle wrenches.

If you want to read more regarding these angle wrenches and the subsequent fussing over my review, you can find more info starting at post #46 at:

I have dealt with Tekton on some tech questions...I don't remember the fellows name but you couldn't have asked for any better service. I don't have any of there tools but the service was first rate!
