Tekton/Ernst socket rails?

I bought a tekton socket rail recently with the twist lock. It came with ernst stickers to mark the rail for the sockets placement. Is it an ernst rail tekton sells or do they just use ernst stickers?

Seems to be the consensus.

It's quite obvious that Ernst makes the rails for Tekton.

I kind of figured. It's funny because I was going to go with the Ernst rails but the tekton was cheaper and since I only needed one I didn't want to drop a bunch of money on one rail. 8.50 for the rail was a good investment.

What's the toothed portion on the bottom of the rail for?is there a tray they slide into or something? I wonder if getting rid of my Hansen trays for tekton rails would save room.

I thought the rack that just came with my set of Tekton ratcheting flex heads looked like an Ernst Gripper

Partially correct. Their old style rails are being "discontinued" to make room for their new design. In the attached photos, blue is their new style red their old. This was an order received today. Here is an email excerpt from Ernst in regards to the difference:

The blue rail is our “New Style” of rail, and the red is our old style that we are trying to phase out right now. We currently do not have all the rails made in the new style yet, due to inventory on hand that we are trying to work out and then will make the new style.

I see from your photo that you are running their "New Style" so no idea what whomever you heard it from meant about them discontinuing them.

I was able to fit 10-21 on one side and had to put the 22 on the other.
