I just thought I would let people know, or remind people who do know how good Tekton CS is. I ordered pliers from one of their recent email advertisements. Nut Jaw Pliers UPS screwed up and sent them to another address, nowhere near me. I emailed Tekton along with the UPS tracking info which showed the UPS mix up. Within minutes Tekton shipped out a replacement. No drama, no hassles, just great CS. In a day and age where people are quick to sound off with complaints, I thought I would let people know there are still companies that care about their customers.
