So I have 1/2 impacts deep and shallow as well as metric deep and shallow. I have 3/8 impact deep and shallow SAE. I need a shallow 3/8 metric but I wanted 12 point. I am tired of struggling with the 11 mm 12 point bolts used on driveshafts. They are such a *****. I wanted a 3/8 drive impact and I would use an adapter to go to my mac 1/2 impact gun. The tektons were cheap so I figured why not. They are very thin walled though. they look fragile?

I have a set of metric deeps for about a year and they've held up well. I use them about 3-4 times a month on miscellaneous projects and haven't had an issue yet.

i have no experience with their 12pt impacts but i will say this... if you manage to break one tekton has a very easy warranty process
