Hmm, is the honeymoon over? I shot them two e-mails over the last 30 days on different subjects through their system and never received a reply of any type.
A little concerning as I have some of their tools.

Maybe like many businesses on planet earth these covid days, covering customer support is more trying, than in the past.

I've emailed a couple inquiries and it took some time to hear back. I haven't heard any warranty complaints, though.

Last week I ordered a punch set and I received a duplicate, so I emailed them and less than 20 minutes they sent me a reply saying that they were going to send me the correct punch. So I would do as Zendriver says- call them. Computers make our lives easier; say that enough times and you'll believe it some day.

I appreciate the offer. I ended up ordering the back ordered tool from Amazon and it'll be delivered tomorrow. The other question was regarding a 1/4 drive Torque Wrench, I figured the issue out (1st time use) and fixed it.
