Anyone knows where I can get one for cheap? I need one at least with 3 3/4" diameter. Can't find one that is under $15..

That's pretty big, HF has a smaller one for around $5.99, you could pick one up and then go to a glass company where they typically have free mirror samples in difference sizes which you could attach to the HF item with double face tape. *A 25% HF coupon will get your price down to about $4.50........
Motoretro

i actually bought one from ebay and they gave a free magnetic pick up tool for $15. but it no where to be found anymore.

Cheap might not be the way to go. A cheap mag pickup like the one I have had for many years (if not decades!) is just a bar magnet on a stick. It has a very annoying tendency to stick to the sides of whatever labyrinth you're trying to snake it through. The one I just got (a Secret Santa gift, THANK YOU!) Has a shielded magnet that has almost no strength on the sides; it's all concentrated at the end. Think of a horseshoe magnet- spin it on the axis of one pole so it's bell shaped. That's what it is. It is so superior to the old bar magnet there's no comparison. Mine's a Craftsman, but I'm sure there are others.
I don't know the price since it was a gift.

Oops! The reason for posting this is that the mag pickup comes with an inspection mirror that sticks very securely to the magnetic end. It's about 2 1/2" in diameter

When I need an inspection mirror larger than the telescoping one I have in the toolbox, I use an old motorcycle mirror threaded into a piece of aluminum rod. To get a good image, make sure it isn't a convex mirror.

I got mine from Sears but it's rectangular. It's big probably 3-1/2" on the long side and I like that. Around $10. Not very long though maybe telescope out to 18 inches. I wish it was a little longer sometimes.

What about using one of those 3inch? dia back up mirrors that glue onto your passenger side mirror.? I might try this myself, think they are called "Wide Spot" or similar? They do really stick.

Just keep an eye peeled, Ullmann makes a lot of the mirrors, and I think I have a big rectangular one, but round even 2" is big on the end of the stick, which means either shorter much heavier stick.

That's a big mirror. I've done just fine with my Blue Point (They're only $11-18 on ebay, and made in the USA), but that's not as big as you're looking for.

I believe that is the same one I have. The shaft is a hex, and it has a red handle. edit: it is craftsman # 94098. There is one on the bay for 8.99 BIN.

I have seen the same mirror but with an orange handle, branded as a proto usa.

I got mine at sears hardware for around the same price. Good mirror, made in usa.

A nice thing is a mirror like that with a built in LED light. Actually works.
