My experience with the SEP program has been great.
I've been buying a few tools here and there. I compare prices before I buy.
You can get new tools for less than used stuff on ebay...
My "big" purchase was a Classic 78 roll cab and an assortment of tools I didn't already have.

I went through picked my own "kit" while in school. I ended up with the KRA2422, shallow/deep 1/4",3/8", 1/2", standard and metric. 3/8" and 1/2" and 1/4" electric impact, 1/4" air ratchet, 4 piece prybar set with the 36"er, indexable pry bars, both sets of wrenches, tap and die set, coolant pressure tester, ,master fuel pressure kit. master adapter set, torx sockets, allen standard and metric.... You get the point, 7K worth and it is the best money I've ever spent in my life.
