I recall having their catalog a few years ago. Never got any thing. Recent research shows prices being similar to craftsman and slightly higher. What's the story? Any person experience?

They seam to be OK. We buy them from Grainger. They are below the Proto and Black-hawk, but functional. They came out last year, and we order them when it is a high turn over item, Allen wrench sets, pliers. I think you may get some good use out of them.

I think its graingers house brand. We have some Westward Torque Wrenches at the shop, they work okay. We have a 25 ton air jack as well, its been rebuilt in about 5 years of very light use. It is china made. Thats about my experience with them.

We used to use them at work. They are about on par with other cheap chinese tools, ie harbor freight, etc.

I have used a couple things from them, wrenches were cheesy but ok if they were like 1 1/16 or bigger and the ratchet are just GW rebranded, not a big fan. For the money Id just find used stuff I think.

I picked up a set of used Westward Metric wrenches a few years back for like 25 cents a wrench.
Just keeping them around for inexpensive spares.

Junk. When I went to HE mech school we all got a toolbox full of tools to use for the year. Any that were missing at the end of the year we had to replace out of pocket. Guess what all the Grays were replaced with? The cheapest **** we could find. You guessed it. Westward from Grainger.
