Tell me the difference in these 2 drivers

ive narrowed my choice of a new pocket driver down to bosch. i already have one and love it....my question is ,,whats the real difference in these 2 and which one would you buy

the clutch settings are different and the one is smaller,but is their much of a difference???

the second one lookes more like an impact driver, or it could be that it is for confined spaces?

The Bosch PS21 is the newer one with 2 speed ( up to 1300 rpm) . The other is only single speed (500 rpm).
I would take the Bosch PS21 of course

The PS21 also has higher max. torque than the PS20. 265 in-lbs vs. 80 in-lbs.
