I am in an uneasy position of laying my Epoxy-Coat in the 40-50 degree range. Night will likely dip into the mid to high 30's. Epoxy Coat gives the green light for their product down to 40 degrees. The floor temp is 50 degrees at this point. Has anyone laid there epoxy products at these temps?

Just PM Christine. I am sure she has good info on cure times and minimum temperatures. Forget the air temp for a second, how cold is the slab?
As long as the concrete is over 40 during application and for a little while after, you will be fine. If you apply in the afternoon and during the night it dips below 40, this will not be a problem. Call me if you need further info.
Okay. In order to apply the Poly clear coat, Epoxy coat recommends that this be applied 18-24 hours after the base epoxy is applied. Considering that the cure time varies as the temps decline, how do I know when to apply the clear coat Polyurea on top of the epoxy?

That is the maximum of the install window. Post 24 hours and you are having to scuff, solvent wipe and then coat.
Wait 12 hours, stick your thumb into the material, leaves a thumbprint, wait an hour and repeat. No print and you can start coating.

Thank you so much for the answer. You have just given me much needed reassurance and eased my mind. The epoxy and chips are down and it looks darn good. can't wait until this entire job is done so I can continue stuffing all my junk back into this garage. Thanks again.
