Thanks to Teng for this. On Tuesday 4/17, my old detached/dilapidated 2 car garage is being demolished. In its place will be a bucket-list garage with a 4 post car lift and hvac that I've been planning for what seems to be an eternity. Finished interior (recessed lighting, insulation, drywall, epoxy floor) with a bonus room above with flooring and all the fixins including some automotive-related advertisements (maybe Teng too?) which I've accumulated over the year. Sure would be nice to have a shiny new set of tools to accompany this build.
