Just received my 1st order from Teng Tools USA and pretty happy with them so far. Each comes in a nice case with removable lid so you can line your tool box with them. They actually lock together to form a nice way to organize your sets. Each item in the case has a size label and the satin finish is quite nice. Good deal for $199 for the 3 sets... 1/4", 3/8", and 1/2". Nice 72 tooth ratchets.

So far I am impressed. Looking forward over time to add more of their sets to my tool box. As I like to keep organized, Teng Tools may be a nice way for me to get tools I still need and have a clean way to add them to what I already own.

We have had Teng for years here in the UK, quality wise its good Taiwanese made stuff, certainly gets the job done, but its too expensive here really, I only buy the deals.

Seems in UK and europe it is easy to buy satin finish tools much easier than USA. While I searched it seemed UK and other euro places popped up.

Glad Teng has a USA location and carry what I consider a nice tools. They have a HUGE catalog of tools sold in europe so they seemed to be well known over there.

Hopefully they can get a small foothold over here.

Toptul was the last satin finish tools I saw trying to break into USA. Maybe there are others but I have not stumbled across them.

Although you can get some Toptuls online, I am not aware they offer any big presence here in USA.

They look like the tools that Ed China uses on Wheelers Dealers.

That's because they are. They got advertising money for using them. If you watch the initial episodes he used his own personal tools which were mostly 80s-90s vintage Snap-On.

Interesting stuff. This socket/ratchet clip holder is nice.
I have that same ratchet in an OLD True Value master mechanic set. 3/8 and 1/4". I love them both. Only wish it was fine toothed. Would love to open it up and put a fine tooth set inside.

Looks spiffy in my Hazet Assistent Knock-off.

Can I just ask who makes it and where can I get one?

Sent from my Nexus 6 using Tapatalk

You know, I don't see anyone selling them anymore on eBay. I purchased it on eBay probably 3 to 4 years ago. Paid $300 for it I think....

It is a knockoff but not too shabby.

I tried searching tool trolley on eBay but nothing came up last time I looked.

Wondering if whomever made these got out of the biz.

*you can always buy that Beta Tool Trolley for $700. hehe. Still a a tad cheaper I think than the Hazet but could be wrong. The Beta version is slick with sliding shelves too. If I were a rich man... I would get one.

I have some Teng Tools that I got sent from England dealers and I find them to be fine, I got them because they sponsor the Speedway bikes in the GP series and some riders.
