I believe that #10 is a disc brake caliper piston rubber boot installer for the older boots with the metal ring, GM version possibly. I actually have one of those in my tool box!

Are you sure? It looks like a GM TH 350 rear seal installer to me. That design of seal driver is for driving a seal into a bore that has a shaft sticking out.
It looks like a seal driver to me.

Are you sure? It looks like a GM TH 350 rear seal installer to me. That design of seal driver is for driving a seal into a bore that has a shaft sticking out.
