That is way too small, and you need the concrete thicker and to keep it wet for 6 weeks after pouring. And the ceiling isn't high enough for a lift.

I can report that I was getting 503 errors for a while yesterday (May 12) morning. Then there was horrible latency (20-30 seconds). But it was fine yesterday afternoon and is fine at the moment.
