Testing small 12V battery

I have a small 12V 9AH battery. It came from a jumper pack. I tried the Epson salt trick and it seems that the battery may have recovered. I have a BA101 tester, but it does not seem to go this low. The tester has CCA, BCI, CA, MCA, JIS, DIN, IEC, EN, SAE and GB inputs. I looked up AH to CCA and it says multiply by 7.25. That is still below the lowest (tester goes down to 100 CCA). Any suggestions?

leave it off the charger for a good 24 hours.
Attach an old style (non led) light briefly (full intensity for 5 seconds is sufficient) to remove any surface charge.
A 12v battery if 100% charged when the voltage is at 12.73
75% 12.4
50% 12.1
30% 11.81

And if you need a replacement battery, forget about batteries plus bulbs, unless you have more money than brains.

A 9Ah SLA (sealed lead acid) is readily available at most rural king, tractor supply, fleet farm, and Walmart, if you "need it now". Typically by hunting supplies, for deer cameras
