Hello all! My name refers to my love of the 1911A1 45ACP. I also love mechanics, machine work, and good tools. I have mostly Atlas tooling except for a Taiwan lathe mill mistake boat anchor and a 1940's American bench mill. I try to rebuild old tools to useable status. I expect to ask all kinds of odd questions. Most of my machine work can be classified as blacksmithing rather than machine work. I make it work and looks are secondary.
