OP
Thanks, the stripes are led strips mounted on inside of aluminum channel, 1/2"x 1.5" i painted them green. Letters came from American Sign Letters.com and I mounted the leds behind them, stars came from hobby lobby, i should have done progress pics, sorryI like it. Any details on the led lighted stripes and the red sign.

Perfect drawings, pics 1 and 3 spot on like you were with me lol. I used the highest quality Amazon had which may not mean much and yes i put outlets on roof of office for these and for some stuff on interior walls so I wouldn't have cords goin up the wallsSeeing those LED stripes and our family having a Texaco station back in the day, I’m rethinking my existing paint scheme.
For clarity, is this the how you did the stripes.
this orientation would look like real stripes
Or this
Did you have outlets up high in anticipation of installing these stripes. What kit did you use and the light color?
Stripes look awesome.

Thanks so much!Nice job.[emoji106]
Pretty good job on the LED lighting for a first attempt.
I’ll be back to check on your progress[emoji481]
Thanks! Its 24x40. 9ft at eaves and 12 at gable. Would prefer taller but it was biggest i could get away with where Im at. The office is 10x10. 3rd bay was for the "clean" car [emoji38]Wait, did miss the 5 window earlier? Went back and realized my CRS has kicked in.
Garage is looking great. The lights really set it off.
Looking back, I have some questions. What is the size of your garage and wall height? What is the size of the office? Last, I’m liking the split bays the more I think about it. What was the thinking behind having the one bay on the left?
Thanks

Storing for a pal, 63 with 392 Hemi, he is gonna build something crazy out of it.How about some info on the Plymouth?
Thanks Don! Can't wait to get back on 57 Gasser projectMenifee
From the looks of your second picture your shop is looking very inviting to work in. What an energetic atmosfer
Right on!You can trust your car to the man who wears the star.
Absolutely awesome build! Can't wait to see the work bench installed!
...D
Thanks! It is 10ft wide and 24 deep, the office sucked up some valuable car space but I had to have it. I'm using PEX piping, read a lot about it, sad to say but pcv has worked for 13 years in my Auto repair shop and only had few issues in that time, i think the PEX is better than pcv, the crimping tool beats gluing stuff together. The more and more I see your place, the more I’m really liking your layout. On the clean bay, what is the interior width (office to end wall)?
Hard to tell on phone and you might have mentioned, what piping did you used for air drops?
The work bench will only enhance your space so looking forward to the reveal.

Right on! Office will just be a place to sit down relax and draw up plans for whatever's next lolThanks for the dimensions. My shop door is 10’ wide so I know what that feels like. Perfect for parking a a Deuce or a couple of bikes. Having the back part of the bay open I’m sure helps a lot. What’s the plans for the office?
I used Pex also when I found out PVC is highly tabu. Lol. Pex is nice to work with and after a year it’s still doing fine.

Fooled? No we just think you work 24/7 cuz sleep is over rated! Lol. I built this 29 Dodge over 5 years, finished at end of 16I must have you all fooled about what I do every day!!
I do like the looks of that lil red hotrod (something I've always wanted)
I too am getting a feel for your shop layout
Thanks
Don
Can't wait to get back to cars againLooks like a very cool place to hang out and work on project cars.

Thanks so much! Cool artwork! Never seen it b4Real awesome shop @menifee I really dig the Texaco theme.
I’m just building my shop now and have found that Texaco has definitely made some of the most memorable/cool shop art. I particularly like this advertisement from the late 90’s/early 2000’s I saw at the pumps on my local Texaco when I was a child. Might get a print made or something.
It’s a nod to the french film “A trip to the moon” from 1902.

Good point! I can't wait to get next car project goingVery nice -- seems a bit backwards. Most people build a shop to construct a nice hot rod. Looks like you STARTED with the nice hot rod and then built a shop.
Fantastic job on both.
