Fantastic and thank you for explaining,the poles was my biggest concerns and like you say if its good enough for state then its good enough for our pole barns. See you and your daughter tackle this with little help from others also puts my mind at ease that it can be done with little help from some equipment. No ridge vent or vented soffit is needed for condensation control with the spray foam and no house wrap. For what a person will pay for double bubble and house wrap and those foam closer that go under the metal will pay for a lot of spray foam. Your post is inspiration,for guys like myself who want to tackle project like this that it can be done.

When I ordered mine I also ordered the 2x6-es for the skirt board as it will be on/in the ground permanently as well, so I had it treated along with the timbers in same batch.
