This is something I did to my first house and I figure I'd create a proper thread vice the intro thread that keeps going...
My Intro
The house was a new build so cleaning the floor was easier but still necessary. I used Kemiko stain. I knew a guy and he applied the sealer. Originally stained in Jan 2010 and still look great when I sold the place in mid 2015.
