Anyone in the Austin, TX area use these guys? They are the recommended installer for Epoxy-Coat. Got a quote from them a couple days ago. Seth was really nice to talk to and it sounds like he does a good job.

But they aren't listed in the BBB, which makes me a little nervous. So just wondering if anyone has dealt with them and if they are good enough to trust my thousands of $$$?

I have not heard of them but not being on BBB really does not say they are not good. Has he shown you some of his work? Does he have some type of satisfaction guarantee? Keep us posted, I am hopig to do my floor soon and may end up contracting it out. Im just west of Austin.....

Bbb is voluntary, you have to sign up to be in it.

Seth is one of the best authorized installers I have. He has been with us for over 5 years. I have never had a customer complaint about him. They all find him to be very professional and thst he does a top notch job. I will never hesitate to recommend him!

One concern I have if for some reason his business goes under, what happens to my warranty or if I need something repaired 10 years down the road?

Most professional installers offer a 1-3 year warranty on workmanship. We will still send product for touch ups after that. I will 100% stand behind any work Seth does.
