My new play space. 60X40 16' sidewalls. Waiting for my electrician to fit me in. Going with 2 100" fans in the ceiling. Plumbed for a bathroom including a shower. Currently comparing wall mounted work stations. I will have it set up for 2 220 outlets to power my compressor and welder.

Nice size.

What will it be used for? Project type and equipment?

Subscribed.
I'm a jack of all projects and master of none! I'd love to do some metal art, work on project cars and small engine repairs. Hope to have a corner for man cave space too. Thx for the warm welcome.

Not really. I am getting into vintage tools and I've always liked hot rods so maybe a throwback to the 50's? Not certain yet but absolutely excited!
Vintage tools are always great. I have a a number of restored tools from my Godfather farm. A 14" Delta band saw, 4 inch jointer and a horizontal mortiser. Along with all the woodworking planes and SK socket and wrenches.
Warning, it's a slippery slope. Get one and you'll want another, and another, and another.

Maybe you should consider a 3rd 220v outlet in case of further need? A lift, a plasma cutter, big lathe or mill, other?

It's going to be a BIG space, you don't want to have regrets.
