I was cruising on Amazon a couple of days ago, thinking about buying the Dewalt hammer drill (Tool only) they have on special for $99. I dont have any dewalt 18V tools, so I would have had to buy a battery and charger for it.
As you know the batteries are super pricey, so imagine my suprise when on the sidebar I see this deal:
That is right, $12.49 per battery! It says there are 3 left in stock, so of course I jump on it and order the 3. Each battery retails for around eighty something in store.
Super score right?
Well I finish checking out, and low and behold, it shows me what other deals this supplier has going on.
Ummm... That is 2 batteries for $7.49!! I promptly ordered two packs, bringing my total battery purchase to 7.
I was too terrified to try and re-order with one shipping price, so I left them as two orders. LOL
My thought is I will sell the majority locally to pay for the drill purchase, or maybe towards some other tools.
This offer disappeared about 3 minutes after I placed the orders, but the double packs shipped last night, so I know I am at least getting the four batteries!
How did I do?
