I noticed something really cool recently and can't pass up the opportunity to offer up a great big Thanks.

For the first time since its inception nearly 7 years ago, my website has received more hits from GJ Members during June and July 2013 than it got even from the Mopar message board where most of my business has traditionally come from ever since I went pro. Nearly FORTY PERCENT of my total site visitors found it right here in this forum, and quite a few of you even spent well more than an hour surfing my powder **** the last couple of months.

You might not realize it, but GJ members provided me with a ton of help and great ideas for my shop's rebuild after the 2011 tornado wiped it out ... and knowing that I might have an opportunity to return the kindness and do some work for a few of you makes me VERY happy. The caliber of restorations and the Ultimate Cool Factor in some of your projects is beyond comprehension; it would be a privilege to have a little hand in some of them. (I'm not suckin' up either -- if I thought ya'll were lame I'd tell you that straight up too. LOL)

Anyway, I fully believe in "Paying It Forward" whenever I have the chance. Along those lines, I've asked the Powers That Be about the possibility of offering GJ members a labor discount just as a small token of thanks ... and it looks like it's going to work out just fine! I need to get the Alliance application completed and approved first. When it gets formalized you all will be the first to know!!!

Gentlemen, thank you all most sincerely. I really wouldn't be here without you ... in more ways than one. :D

Leanna, your title 'Mistress of Metal' is well-deserved!

The Phoenix in your shop's logo is apropos considering you have not let a little ol' tornado stop you.

May you have continued success and many more 'hits' to your web site.

Awww, thanks Omph. But truth be told, it wasn't my first one. The shop is named Phoenix Specialty Coatings because I got wiped out by two tornadoes in 10 minutes during Hurricane Katrina in 2005 and relocated to Tennessee. I'll never stop "rising from the ashes" no matter what Mother Nature might have in store to throw at me.

Thanks for taking the time to reply guys! This is truly one high class place and it's fun and entertaining ... so much so that it's tough to call it WORK. :D

Thanks for checking it out bob! One of my favorite things about the shop is that it's pretty rare for any two projects to be the same ... well, except for a $hitload of Commando valve covers over the years LOL! (Not many places restore them from what I understand.)

sberry, your website's not lame at all! As long as it tells people what they want to know and generates interest, then it's doing its job.

I'm delighted to report that my first ever Garage Journal-referred customer's parts arrived! :D Thanks Larry! I hope to do your Mustang GT some serious justice. Thank you for your business and for your confidence in my abilities.

I guess I'm gonna need a CudaChick's Feedback Thread ... sweet! I love this place!!!

Great looking work. One day in the far off future when times and funds become more available I send some stuff for my Chevy truck out, even though you are a *cough* *cough* Mopar *cough *cough* specialist. :lol_hitti

Thank you gentlemen! :D

Softtail, I've had a new intro movie planned for awhile since they $hitcanned my tunes, which went perfect with the photos. (I even had permission to use them and it didn't matter ... Nazis!!) I noticed after your comment that I need to update my GJ signature line too -- the video is almost a year old so the "brand new" thing doesn't really apply anymore. [No rest for the wicked. :D] I do appreciate you checking it out though.

You produce some beautiful work. I'm just glad you're not local, that way I can use the excuse of shipping to not send you parts. :lol_hitti

That Mopar cover on your homepage is like a 3D resume. So sweet.

That's pretty funny there zkling! Thankfully from my point of view, my guys try to find an excuse TO send parts instead of the opposite. :D PSC has customers from all over the US, Canada, Australia, and even the Technical Director for the International Chrysler Collectors' Association in Sweden.

..
Absolutely the most detailed beautiful work I have ever seen, bar non. Congratulations.

Wow volvo, thank you! You've made my day with that one.

CudaChick.
You do great work.
I too have got lots of hits from GJ.
Like one big Family here aye.. lol

Aye indeed! I've got more fantastic big brothers around here than I ever expected.

Thanks for the glowing words gang! Ya'll keep up with that and my head's going to be so damn swollen I won't be able to fit through the shop door today. It's an honor to be here with you all. < curtsey >

That's great Leanna -
I hope your business continues to grow -

I will drop in sometime when I get back in your neck of the woods - I took a lot of guardsmen from that area down to Katrina after it hit.

Hang in there!

I'll second this.

And I like hearing about a smaller business doing well.

Just the other day I was thinking about having some black window molding done and your biz came to mind.
