I'd like to give thanks to Jeff (JSK) @ Bend Pak for providing information on a 4-post lift. He answered all my questions. He even contacted one of his vendors, who in turn contacted me to get the ball rolling on my order.

Dave @ Workshop Depot, got in contact with me, and we got the stuff I wanted on order.

Both Jeff and Dave provided great response time to my questions and such. All communication was mostly through emails, and some, well after normal business times, until I called Dave and gave him shipping and payment info.

My hats off to both of them, seem to be great people.

Oh, I have an HD-9XW on the way, along with a RJ-6 rolling bridge jack, a jacking tray, and an air bottle for the safety release.

I agree. Jeff was the reason I bought my BendPak ... great customer service.

FWIW= As a result of lurking here I purchased a Bend Pak 2-post 10K lift/installed from Garage Equipment Supply in California for my home shop. GES and Bend Pak made this happen easily on-time and professionally. Great companies, great service. If you're in the market for a lift it'd be hard to do any better IMHO. I have no affiliation with either company.
