Gerard, that is a great use of space..

So how about some updates, been almost a month!![]()
I think a month out I would still be exhausted from those temps. I don’t go in the attic unless it is cold outside or absolutely necessary, my hat goes off to you for completing the job.

Yeah... what he said.... you didn’t fall through the attic when installing the floor did you and impale yourself on a rafter?

Hi gerard, chasing loom cables is no fun, I want to add some better reverse lights to mine at some point and tie in to the trailer plug so the trailer has decent reverse lighting also.
Are the power cables pretty heavy gauge for charging the battery in the trailer? just wondering about the voltage drop going front to back or did I read it wrong.
cheers GB![]()

Very nice installation. Definitely like the idea of integrating connector into hitch.

Looks like a clean installation, just think, if you lived up this way, you would be fighting to keep rust out of your face while you were under there figuring out the wiring. I have some vehicles that need work and I am dreading it due to the rust issues I will be encountering.
I should name garage 5 lbs in1 lb bag LOL. I live in west coast of Fl and this whole garage was layout was that I would be able to put 2 cars into my garage in case of hurricane. Its all about space and Ive basically used all of it. Next projects is 2 tables, 1 welding table to hold all welding stuff ( mig and O/A setup ) those 2 Cratsman vises and and folding welding top and it will fit under bench. 2 nd one is a combo drill press/ bandsaw where the drill press is with a sliding shelf on bottom that bandsaw can slide out and use. The roll bottom will turn into rolling cart to use it shop and service cart will be disasibled and put it attic with other one for possilbe futher use down road. The attic I aslo use for storage as it has my 3 ladders (4, 6, and folding ladder) big shop vac and my 2 B & D workmates.
I need to name my garage "20 stitches garage" [emoji16]

OMG Hell hath frozen over!Well, it’s getting cold here in Florida and I think I know why.... I decided to.... PAINT!!! I had couple of tool trays that didn’t like the color so decided to change that.
Used full strengthen purple power, used blow gun to dry them off, then wipe down.
I also redid one that was already painted color but needed a respray. Here they all are repainted and drying in the sun.
The pattern came out great too.

Just kidding Gerard.
The trays look great!![]()
Tool trays look good Gerard. I wish I had your weather yet for painting. It's freezing here and I'm trying the heat the garage enough to still do a few painting projects myself.
Hey, maybe I can pack them up and send to you since you are in the mood and lay down such a good paint job.![]()
Thanks Bob. I got better idea. Why don’t you pack stuff up and take road trip in 32 to Florida. Warm weather, good friends and trip to local FC Hooters.
Gerard, can you ask the Mrs. what color paint she used on those tray. They look great!

Sure. You did want a Rustoleum brush job, didn't you?Looks good. Since you’ll be painting red shortly, can I bring the SL down?

Gerard, I'm with Bob. With all the other wheeled storage units it looks out of place just sitting on the floor. That new/old cabinet fits the spot for sure but maybe needs wheels?
