Bib Overalls - Sometimes that “think out” time can really slow me down. But it’s my most efficient way (in the long run) of ending up with something I can be proud of, and most importantly, something I will enjoy using.

Some people have a knack for jumping into things and having them work out. I’m usually not so lucky. The risk for me in doing this is that it often results in a lot of rework time that frustrates me to the point of abandoning the project.

In the race between the Turtle and the Hare, consider me being more of a hard shelled contender. At this point, I’m just enjoying the journey and looking forward to crossing over that finish line when the time comes.

I will probably start a “sequel” thread when the Asylum interior is finished and I will use it to describe the actual use of the shop. I’m pretty certain there will be a smile on my face every minute I in spend there while I get back to doing what I enjoy most - I've been on almost a 7 year hiatus now from those "fun" things.

Thanks for your continued support over the years.

Thanks for taking your precious time to read another thread. At least this one didn't take quite as long, did it? :) Thanks - I hope I get to follow through with the entire master plan for this property./QUOTE]

Your posts are worth the time as they are informative & entertaining. Your plan ahead style is instructional to all. Your follow through on the master plan is only limited by time, as long as you maintain balance in your life with the Mrs., work and ladders. You seem to have mastered all but one of those.

Ouch! I see you are taking lessons from some of the other members around here ;). I guess its alright - I deserve it
(Actually, I can tell you've been reading pretty closely and know I have a pretty thick skin. I have no problem kidding around about my past blunders - we all make them, right?)

It's nice to hear my thread efforts are not falling on deaf ears. As I have told others - if you folks keep reading, I'll keep writing.

You are welcome.
