Anybody have one of these, how do you like it?

I saw an ad in Hemming Muscle Machines March 08 issue and got to wondering what ya'll think about them. Look like a well built unit to me.

I don't have one but have seen one at a car show. It did seem to be well made. They seemed to be more like a parking lift than a two post lift. Obviously not unobstucted workspace under vehicle. To lift the vehicle off its wheels while on the lift you have to buy another option, they are called Hydraulic Jack Platforms and I think they are about $2000 each, but check with them for sure on price. Overall it seems kind of expensive but will work very well for a lot of people. If I were in the market for a four post parking type lift I'd very seriously consider getting it.

I don’t own one either, though I have seen them in home garages. They are made nearby me in Ohio and are descent quality. Unfortunately they are not a certified lift. Their claim to fame is the way their lift ramps are guided around the columns. Rather than internally with plastic guides. I personally feel that the latter design is better. Plus the outside of the columns don’t get scuffed up from use.

I worked at an automotive shop when I was in high school. This lift just came out and my boss was in the market for a 4 post lift. He wanted one that could be moved since our building small. We could roll it outside and work on extra tall vehicle or clean the underside of a vehicle. At the end of the day we rolled it back inside and could park to cars in one spot. I recommend the lift, he used the air bag lifts or air over hydraulic to lift the car of the runway. Very heavy unit, easy to assemble

I have 3 BB lifts and they are excellent. When I was in the market for a 4 post lifts I looked at most of them out there and the quality of the Bb lift sold me. They are pricey, but your get what you pay for. I wouldn't stand under one of the cheap Chinese lifts.
BTW, my posts dont have a scratch on them.

edit: I think I have about 4k in each lift. Two of the lifts are extended height, I have drip pans(3 per lift), jack trays, casters (one set of 4) and ramps.

I took a hard look at them. Called the company in Warren OH and they acted like it was a hardship to tell me about the product. I then spoke with Greg Smith Equipment http://www.gregsmithequipment.com/ and they treated me like they wanted my business. I purchased a Park7 and love it. Yeah, when someone does not want to spend the time to "sell" me the product that I am interested, I wonder what they are trying to hide
