Hi guys,
I've been reading up on everyone else's shops, so finally decided to share a few pictures of mine. I bought my grandad's place several years ago which included the barn he built back in the 60's. Over the years I've modified it here and there, by getting it's own electrical meter, and cementing the side lean to shed for my exisiting shop for my toys. However, I finally got enough non running toys that one shop area just won't cut it anymore so I decided to cement the basement of the barn along with the pole sheds off the back. The area directly under the barn will be the "cave". The pole area will be the work shop. here's a few pictures of the progress. I'll add more as I go.

You sir are a lucky man! I'd love to have that much space to play.

Like that old Cherokee too. I have a TJ and an old Willys.

Keep the pictures coming.

Got the pole area concrete finished last night. Now all that's left for pouring is the entries into the shop. Then on to more fun stuff of framing walls, installing doors, fixing existiing issues on the barn, siding, etc..ect.. I also added a picture of the upper shop from a few years ago before I added the front awning on it:

Three postings and you have not gave one detail on the Mustang. C'mon...no teaser pics.

Nice work on the barn BTW. Any shots of the inside of it or are you going to make us beg for pics of that too? :lol_hitti

The mustang still sits now just like it did 8 years ago, no progress on it because i got sidetracked on some jeep projects, it's a 70 that a Previous owner tubbed and raced many years ago. Hopefully I can start back on it this upcoming year, when i get the added space complete. The inside of the barn right now is a disaster area that needs reorganization something awful. that too should improve with the added work area. As far as the tractor goes, it stays in one of the 2 outbuildings which are both 265x30 enclosed old chickenhouses. We finally got around this year to really cleaning them out and putting metal over the old open windows. They haven't contained chickens in 25 years so they make a great place for storing the other projects.

Very slow progress on the barn, but the garage doors are getting installed today:rocker:. The cherokee in one of the earlier pics finally sold and allowed me a little more working room in the budget. Wiring the new enclosed section starts this upcoming week. One pic of the improvements and one picture of the side of the barn, with my extra storage space in the background:) :

I came home to the doors installed, so more progress is being made. As you can see a bit more needs to be done. I still have to replace the old warped siding on the barn with 4x8 sheets and then install metal over it. And also get rid of the old broken window with a more modern one and start working on the inside to get in wiring, lighting, insulation and wall panels:

I'm moving along slowly on this project, but we have a little more progress:
