Doesn't really belong in this thread. Yes I'll comment, but if you're not willing to spend around $1000 on lighting, I can't help you.
Well, OK...
Will you comment there if I do so ?

Yes. I see the WEN-T8-4FT-18WF is out of stock.
bmwpowere36m3 - This is a light fixture thread, not a Dialux training thread. Just accept the defaults. I'm not getting involved in training as Dialux has tons of videos covering everything you could possibly want to know.
Wow, Seriously?okay... I guess when your not paid $160, then your help ends.
Considering the massive amount of free work I've done on this forum, that is so not justified. No good deed goes unpunished.okay... I guess when your not paid $160, then your help ends.

Platonic, I didn't think of looking for their certs. Thanks for pointing that out. When they come in, I'll check them out for a UL certification if none, they're going back.greasyfingers01 - Sorry, can't recommend any bulb or fixture from any company that can't be bothered to invest in NRTL certification (UL, ETL, CSA). None of their specs mean anything since they can't be verified.
Edit: FYI, it wouldn't pass UL as it's missing the reflector which segregates the wiring comparmtent from the lamps. Similar UL Listed fixtures are slighter higher priced, but you get all the components.
A 4" round box cover with a 1/2" knock-out should work fine.
Confirm with your electrician for code requirements otherwise.
