the best locally availible sealer?

What is the best locally available sealer? Are any of them any good? By local I mean Lowes, HD, Menards, Ace hardware ect.

I don't want to wait for a delivery, but I will if I have to.

I'm not going to ever epoxy the floor, just seal it.

Any suggestions?
