I found the best screwdrivers I have ever used while living in Japan. They are made by a company named Vessel. The handles are soft rubber, but they are also ball-shaped, so they fit in the palm of your hand.

I only have a top shot of my screwdrivers in my tool cart...after that, I have some pics from online...

I'm a big fan of the current cman pro screwdrivers. They're the best I've found locally, I'm not really a fan of ordering drivers that aren't available locally. I like to test drivers out before I buy and obviously the warranty is a snap with local stuff.

Anyone use the J.H. Williams screwdrivers on amazon? I've been intrigued by these for a while, especially the ratcheting screwdriver.

I've been using Williams screwdrivers since last December. My projects sometimes tend to be a little older and rustier. The Williams drivers have proven themselves on rusty, stubborn screws. The fit of them is excellent!

I won't go so far as to say they're the "best", but I favor the PB Swiss drivers (esp the Swiss Grip). And to answer the statement that the PB Swiss drivers don't fit screws any better than other brands -- I actually find that the flat tips do fit better, in general, since the tip has 2 parallel edges instead of tapering all the way to the tip. For Phillips heads, I find that the brand with the best fit varies among screw manufacturer.

Parallel tips make all the difference in the world.

I dig those little Facom T-handles - they look like some kind of bar of soap.

Gummi Bears. With a built in toothpick.

It looks like a marital aid. Should be comfortable then. :)

For dirty work I concur that the Williams black hard handle drivers are excellent. They're grippy when dry or wet/oily, the square profile allows me to twist hard without hurting my hands, and the tips fit well. I haven't used them enough to determine rate of wear though.

I still find one of the most comfortable are the fluted hard plastic handle style. Like this:

PB Swiss are by far the best for slotted screwdrivers. Fantastic design and quality.
