I have a 67 Firebird and 68 Firebird that both need serious restorations. Currently they are stored in our attached 2 car garage that is WAY too full. So, I'm finally going to build a garage. But, I need some help with the design.
My Requirements
Room for both Firebirds
Room for two additional cars for the kids (2 and 5 years old).
Space to allow for the addition of a paint booth
My lot is sloped. About 6ft in 60
Budget: $70,000 MAXIMUM ($60k or less preferred)
I was thinking a 40x60 would work. But, if I could go a little smaller with a good layout I'll have extra money to spend on cars and tools.
Robert (MP&C) has an interesting layout shown in this thread

The building will be placed approximately where the small frame building is shown in the attachment. This will require a long driveway to be built for access to the building.
All input and opinions would be much appreciated.
