Oh, you mean Snap-On tools having black plastic HANDLES.

A few of us have and like the black industrial finish wrenches, ratchets and sockets and that's what first came to mind when I saw BLACK Snap-On Tools Thread.

FWIW, I also choose to keep the black plastic handles and if I come across the other colors, I sell them to those who value bright bling more than black.

A hard drawer close or fast open and it'll look like the Bloods & Crips fighting!
Why no racks for them?
Also, the OP with rats and ext on lid of box, did you rivot clips? Looks like rat on right side has bent handle?

It looks exactly like the ebay pics that I saved from that auction. I do believe this to be that set.

yes, I'm the owner and that was my tool listing. I had two bidders bid up the auction and the winner was a no pay, than he relisted my auction as his own it was a huge mess and i worked with ebay on it. He had a bunch of Snap On listings that he stole and hack an acount to sell them on. he stated in the auction not to bid but to make him a offer and do the deal off ebay. and why did you save pics from the auction?

Was moving a few things around in the toolbox so I figured I'd gather all the black handled stuff I could find in one spot for a group photo....

I save a lot of pics off eBay auctions. Helps me reference what market values are. I deal with several ppl in Japan and Australia who do not use eBay. I often appraise mechanics tools for insurance purposes. You have the "real price" which is what ppl pay for them NEW. Then you have the actual price that is MARKET VALUE. Then you have the INSURANCE price. That is a nice collection. I thought it was a bogus bidding war going on... and guess what... I was right :lol_hitti

OK we have orange, green, and blue so heres the black thread. post all your black Snap On goodies here. Heres my stuff, I'm right around 200 pcs and more to come!!

-snip-

wow, that's some collection, i have never seen some variants of SO screwdrivers :bounce:

my collection of black is limited to one lol, a 3/32 hex driver (bought as it fits the grub screw in mac and some snap on hex bits) i had a prybar too but it was stolen (or left in a car, disappeared at any rate)

see you have the pozidrive ones too (grey) i need to get a set them before they become NLA as they have released the instinct ones now, and no longer list the far nicer (imho) classic hard handle variants on the website:(

my dealer has a few on his van still, i think they will be going into my box soon :p (don't understand why they don't have pozidrive in the instinct sets tbh, as Philips is rare on modern cars, mostly supplanted by PZ
