That is what I did to make my orange one, I sacrificed a Klein screwdriver and drilled out a Snap-on handle. Used the press at work to get the insert in the handle.

Nice blues, guys. This is my first post here, so I hope I got the picture thing right. I'm a hard-core green Snap-On guy, but I couldn't resist this blue screwdriver when I found it on my dealer's truck this morning. It was the last blue hard handle anything that he had left. Kind of odd in that it lacks a part number, but it looks like an SDD5 (stubby handle with longer shank).

I plan to scour the truck again next week to see what other cool older stuff I can find. A few weeks ago, I snagged the last two new pairs of Vacuum Grip pliers, a 45 and a 46.

Didn't know Robert started this thread. I'll take some pictures of my blue stuff and get them up here.
Dyno Dale tell me a little about that mini tool box you have in teal blue? I can see it's bigger than the micro boxes.

They are 1/3 scale micro boxes: KMM731PF and KMM756PF. They were sold in the 1990s.

The currently offered ones are 1/4 scale: KMC923 and KMC922.

What did they cost off the truck? I purchased mine second hand.
I have a Dark Blue (PCM) one and a black one, The blue one is noticeably nicer. Better castors (fautless), has a little metal button to imitate a lock, has metal trim all around, and has handles on both sides. The black one has plastic trim like the micro boxes and a handle on only one side.
It is a bad shot of the blue box but the black one has a 14volt Bosch drill for size comparison.
Considering selling the black one.

I can get a MINT light blue mini flat driver on the tool truck if anyones interested.

He also has a bunch of NOS orange ones and some black ones (mini drivers is what I am talking about) the kind that go in the pouches

Does he have any orange pocket clip flatheads? If so, let me know with price.

My guy has multiples of both flat heads on his truck, one is just a flat head the other I think is for distributors with a magnet on the end of the handle.

Bought time you buy them and pay shipping you are probably better buying them on line with the free shipping.

Green, Orange, Red... all look good. But these blue things look very cheap. Just my feeling.

It is a good things feelings don't get the job done. If feelings counted I would get kicked off this forum. LOL

So Blue looks cheap. Tell that to all the blue eyed people who have beautiful blue eyes. Tell them they look cheep.

You can't ber serious and if you everyone is reading my mind. LOL

For the record...the 725 and Blue Screwdriver set isnt mine...picked them up off my truck Friday for my Brother...I'm a green guy, but I gotta admit, that 725 is real pretty in Dark Blue.
