I have a Bosch barrel grip jig saw that I bought 30+ years ago. It's my go to saw in the shop. When away from the shop I have a cordless top handle jig saw. I love them both

I'm using the 12volt lithium driver, drill and impact. I also have a skillsaw and hammerdrill. The key for the chuck of the hammerdrill broke with very little use. No complaints other than that.

i think yes. At least Bosch claims that they sell every 2nd power tool in europe, every DIY/bíg box store over here offers Bosch and many professional tool dealers too. They sell a full line of garden tools over here too.
Does this count?
Rest is on a job site.
yes ! impressive amount of L-boxxes ! Whats inside ? :D

more L-Boxxes !

I recently picked up my first set of cordless power tools for use around the house. I will admit that I settled on the M12 system to be my main setup due to the deeper M12 lineup and wider availability of tools in the USA.

That being said, I loved the Bosch 12v stuff so much that in the end I could not decide and bought both systems, keeping the Bosch as the "indoor/upstairs set" (even though I know they can handle much more!) :)

Don't have too much, just the brushless hex driver (probably my favorite cordless tool), the drill/driver, and the FL12 LED light (not shown are 2 chargers). However I could see myself getting more tools like the rotary tool, jigsaw, vacuum. I really like the compact size of these tools and plenty of power for what I have used them for so far.

I've been tempted many times to get the PS41 impact driver but I want to hold out until the brushless model comes out in the USA and also I already have the M12 fuel impact in the garage.

The FL12 is pretty flexible in positioning (although I prefer the M12 stick light for hanging like say under a car hood) but I saw a few folks also setting up their FL12 on tripods using the included threads. My solution was to get a light duty photographic strobe stand and small cheap bullhead upon which to position the light instead. Much less weight and footprint this way, and the ball head is much faster/easier to point the light where you want it vs the pan/tilt heads you see on most cheap tripods, literally takes just a few seconds. In the picture it is about 5 feet off the ground however if you extend all the vertical sections it gets to almost 8 feet off the ground which is nice you can point the light down and have light coming from above you. The whole thing actually folds up pretty compact. Cost was about $30 total for the stand and the ballhead.

I see a lot of those 12v saws. How do you guys like them?
How well can it cut? Most I would probably use it to cut is a M14-16 bolt.

or should I look at the 18v recip instead.

it will work, it will take a couple of seconds though. How often do have to cut those screws and how many ?

Got my eye on a Bosch SDS. Waiting on a good deal to pop. There really seems to be no comparison between Bosch and Milwaukee when it comes to SDS drills.

Here is one of my favorite tools. I got a really good deal on this used saw.
Very pleasant to use one handed with the smaller grip compared to the electric version.

It uses a massive amount of compressed air. this is a good thing because now nobody can borrow my nice saw. :)

I have been very happy with my 12 volt stuff. Wish they made an impact wrench. I just picked up a new random orbit sander that I am very happy with as well.

Nice one. Do you use the temperature settings often?

Here are my blue grinders:

I also have the 3 phase bench grinder(GSM200 D). I have no space to put it on a pedestal, so i made a frame from scraps and i can clamp the whole thing in my vise.

PS22 brushless drilll/driver + FL12 LED light. Love this little guy, it's so small. Light is excellent as well.

1294VS sander, also awesome. Replaced my Festool RO 90, which I never really used except for in corners anyways.

I'm definitely a fan of Bosch hand held power tools. I only have the two depicted below, but if I were in the market for another hand held power tool, I'd most certainly consider buying another Bosch.

I bought the hammer drill from Home Depot back in the Spring of 2000. At the time, I was working on a project that involved drilling several holes into existing and new concrete. Rather than renting a hammer drill, I decided I'd just buy one and have it forever. Over the years I've probably sunk about 50 - 75 holes into concrete with it. Generally speaking, that's hardly any in the last 15 years. Still, when I've needed it, the drill works like a champ. I'm fairly certain it was manufactured in Switzerland.

My other Bosch is a small laminate trimmer/router that I purchased back in 1993. Unlike the hammer drill, I've used the trimmer/router more times than I can count doing various wood working projects. Again, it's a great tool and it produces top notch results. It was manufactured in the U.S.
