The build begins!

Ok, so not the build, but the contract is signed and initial check cut
I've been trying to get this 1200sqft detached garage built since 2015.
In that time I've learned that their are plenty of builders who aren't willing to work inside city limits, and I can't blame them if they get plenty of work outside city limits! Also plenty of builders who would be happy to do the garage and let me pay for their new boat.
Can't wait to see the work start. I'm going to see about turning one my security cameras to do a timelapse of the work.

TAMU grad? You trying to build within Austin city limits? I've seen numerous builders refuse to work within ACL.
