Some times there is a big mess in the garage

Now my biggest headache is what to do with flooring, im thinking about tiles, epoxy or racedeck, any suggestions?

Tiles. Everytime. Just done mine. Never been happier with the floor. OK, you dont need polished. Ive done epoxy a couple of times. with tiles, do it once and once only.

Great work Bully & has given me an idea for mine! A tiled floor would be great but knowing me, would drop a tool and break them

Epoxy if it`s a work shop tiles if it`s a showroom.

Are you the only one in your development with a garage? I assume your unit is next to the garage. In a development like yours here in the States the unit owners would only have title to the land that the unit stands on with permission to use the driveway and perhaps a patio. All the rest of the land would be collectively owned and managed by the "association." Did you have to buy the land for the garage or did it come with your unit? Do you have an "association" and was it difficult to deal with?

My english not so good but i try too answer

Like you see there is a semi blocked house, me and my neighbourd are awners all land around the house, we split it and we can do almost everything in our side Some times there is comunity in the neighborhood with the strict acts, but in my comunity there is no big constraints. To build the garage i have to build it at least 3 metres from the neighbourd fence and not bigger that 40 square metres thats it and yes i was first who build a garage near the house in the comunity

Just little update with the garage. Did some flooring and clean a little bit the mess

Apparently none of your cars leak oil. A wooden floor would never work in my shop. Everything I build in my shop; engines, transmissions, etc leak.
