The under ground part is bigger than my first house!

I agree with the shooting range addition. I have always DREAMED of an under ground shooting range! With about a 12 car garage on top of it!

That is GREAT WORK there! Love it! Well done!

I just spent the last 2 hours going over this thread with mouth agape and in absolute awe!:shocking::drool:

My wife said "Are you still on internet forums?" and my responce was, "Yeah but look at this"

Her reply was "I like the secret entrance behind the bookcase!"

[I was pointing out the home theatre, Lambo, and workbenches!]

What the......?

I can't see any of the pictures, all I see is a notice from photobucket saying the bandwidth has been exceeded. Any other way to see the pictures?

C'mon, I just found this site and all of the pictures are gone. Can anyone send them to me?

Found most of them. There's really no reason to take them off at this point. They are cached all over the internet. Put them back up so other's can see.

I dunno if he took down posts, but the pics don't work for sure. I see a "bandwidth exceeded" icon from Photobucket, which would seem to indicate they've restricted access to them. They seem to do that a lot. Frustrating to read how awesome this thing is and not be able to see it. :(

Agreed Omnicron. Be nice to be able to see it. I'm not sure there's any good free photo hosting services anymore. I have my own servers, so I haven't had to deal with them in forever :-\

Obviously you have more $ than at least 95% of the members of this board but you have created a super duper place. That is over the top and now all I have to do is not be envious of your creation. Enjoy your facility because I know I would. Congrats to your and Mrs. Utah for a job well done.

Hey Utah, I hope you are alright from the crash. Hope nobody was hurt.
I have an interior-design idea for your bunker garage. In the hallway/tunnel leading from the bookcase down to the lower level, line the walls (and maybe the ceiling) with rocks imbedded into the walls so it has the "feel" of going underground into a hidden "bat cave." You could even get phony fiberglass rocks cut with a flat backside to build into the walls. They look and feel real and are available commercially. They even make fake fiberglass wooden beams to make it look like cave walls that have been shored-up.

Haha.. I like it! Wish I would have thought of it...

As for the crash.. yeah nothing major. Was getting off the highway. There was a white saturn in front of me (we were both turning right) she looked then went, as I looked to the left to double check, I eased off the brake. She had actually turned, but stopped halfway for no reason and I hit her rear bumper. Technically my fault.. but the LEO didn't ticket me.. her story wasn't adding up he said.. Anyway.

Lambo has been in Colorado being fixed for the last two months (progressive insurance wasn't too happy)

Here's some before and after pics for you guys...

Before... Couple of cracks in the bumper, banged up hood....

After (notice the upgraded LP640 bumper) :)

Not to hijack....
Photobucket accounts have a set amount of bandwidth. When exceeded they post those icons over top until you pay $25 for more BW. Picasa does something similar, but advise you WELL ahead of putting up an icon cover - and it's only $5 for more BW. I host on both sites and both work well. Picasa may be a little easier, has a great local interface (where you put your media on your computer) and an easy upload to the web albums. Seemless - as they say.

Sorry to hear about the accident. Glad all are OK. Keep you head up ;)

I would love to have a garage like yours. It will not happen anytime soon but I am getting a lot of ideas that I can still incorporate into my current garage. NICE WORK!

Very cool build...

I'm curious why you went and deleted all your comments. Ruins any chance of someone now, like me, who wanted to see more details, the answers to questions, etc...

Unbelievably awesome.

I wish I could have seen some of the pics that were deleted, but I'm glad to see the ones that are still up. I love how you are using all of the space you have, and you've done that. I picked up my starter home over so many others because it had a suspended garage.

Thanks...

I'll have to go back and see if I can re-post some of the ones I deleted for you. It actually has been alot of fun. The only problem is, there is NO way I'll ever be able to move and get a garage that is even 1 inch smaller than what I have. You get spoiled having that much space to play in... :pimpflash
