First of all i have to mention that i have been reading as a quest this forum for a year now. And i have gained lot of useful information and tips from here. Thanks you all.
Background:
About in the beginning of this year somehow i reached so far that my lifelong dream of having my own car restoration and repair place started to take shape.
After months of planning and money collecting i have my own place now.
The Place:
Before renting any place i had some criterias. It had to be in the city, at least 160 square meters and has to have office space. Finally after two months search i found what i beleive is the perfect place to me.
Garage space is around 110 square meters - enough to hold permanently my two projects ( Cadillac coupe deville cabriolet from 1968 and Lincoln Continental Mark IV from 1972). And also during summer time my track day car - BMW. There is still enough room for two post lift with enough space around it. During the winter time at least BMW will be in my home garage (around 60 square meters - enough to hold household things and one-two cars).
Office space is around 50 m2. Three different rooms, separate entrance. All perfect for me.
So the pics: -currently all is dirty and not perfect as i am painting and organizing stuff in there. I will try to update you with the progress.

from there it leads to another two office rooms - Both i will use as clean storage space in the future.

as i need the rooms to be operating very soon i am not doing anything big. Just cleaning and some paint. As always projects needed to be done yesterday.
